When teens benefit from therapy
Withdrawing from friends or family, grades slipping, big mood swings, constant worry about school or the future, or simply seeming 'not themselves.' Adolescence is hard by design — therapy gives teens a private, judgment-free place to sort it out with someone who isn't a parent or teacher.
Teen Therapy
How we work with teens
Sessions meet teens where they are — practical, honest, and never preachy. We build coping skills for anxiety and school stress, room to explore identity, and confidence to handle friendships and pressure. Parents get guidance too, while the teen's privacy stays protected.
A safe, judgment-free space for teens navigating anxiety, school pressure, and identity — plus guidance for parents. In Evanston, Naperville, or online across Illinois.
