ADHD Support
Therapy for ADHD and the way your brain actually works.
ADHD is not a lack of effort. It is a difference in how attention, planning, memory, and motivation operate — and it responds well to support that is built around that difference instead of against it.

What ADHD can look like
Working twice as hard to manage things that seem easier for other people. Starting many things and finishing few. Losing track of time, tasks, or objects, and then being hard on yourself about it. Restlessness, emotional intensity, or overwhelm that others do not see. For many adults it comes with a late diagnosis, and with years of having been called lazy, scattered, or “not living up to potential.” ADHD frequently travels with anxiety, burnout, or low self-esteem, and therapy addresses all of it together.

How therapy helps
We start by understanding how ADHD shows up for you specifically, not from a checklist. Then we build executive-functioning supports that fit the way you actually function — systems for starting, organizing, and finishing — alongside work on the frustration, shame, or anxiety that years of struggling can leave behind. Kira Webber brings neuropsychology-informed therapy to this work; Josh Bowes-Carlson and Lina Costelloe also work with ADHD and emotional overwhelm. We coordinate with your prescriber if medication is part of your care; our therapists do not prescribe.

Frequently asked questions
Do you diagnose ADHD?
Our therapists provide therapy and support; a formal ADHD diagnosis usually comes from a psychological evaluation or a prescriber. We can help you understand your options and coordinate with whoever evaluates you.
I was diagnosed as an adult. Is it too late for this to help?
Not at all. Many of our clients are adults who were diagnosed late, and much of the work is about making sense of the years before the diagnosis.
Is ADHD therapy covered by insurance?
We work with most major plans, including Medicaid and TRICARE, and verify your benefits before your first session.
